# Setup With Your Store

### **Step 1: Install the App from the Shopify App Store**

1. **Go to the Shopify App Store**:
   * Open your browser and navigate to the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/).
2. **Search for Qtane OrderEdit**:
   * In the search bar, type **“Qtane OrderEdit”** and press Enter.
3. **Install the App**:
   * Click on the **Qtane OrderEdit** app from the search results.
   * Click the **“Add app”** or **“Install”** button to add the app to your Shopify store.
   * Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

### **Step 2: Access the Qtane OrderEdit Dashboard**

1. **Go to Your Shopify Admin Panel**:
   * Log in to your Shopify store’s admin panel.
2. **Navigate to the Apps Section**:
   * In the left-hand sidebar, click on **“Apps”**.
3. **Find Qtane OrderEdit**:
   * Locate **Qtane OrderEdit** in the list of installed apps and click on it.
4. **Register and Log In**:
   * If this is your first time using the app, you’ll need to **register** by providing the required details.
   * Once registered, **log in** to access the Qtane OrderEdit admin dashboard.

### **Step 3: Configure Your Settings**

1. **Set Up Your Preferences**:
   * In the Qtane OrderEdit dashboard, you’ll find various settings to customize the app according to your store’s needs.
   * Configure features such as **Order Edit Deadlines**, **Order Restrictions**, **Invoice Settings**, **Shipping Address Updates**, and more.
   * Refer to the detailed documentation for each feature to ensure you set up the app correctly.
2. **Save Your Settings**:
   * After configuring your preferences, make sure to **save your settings** to apply the changes.

### **Step 4: Add the Qtane OrderEdit Extension to Your Order Status Page**

1. **Go to Your Shopify Theme Customizer**:
   * In your Shopify admin panel, click on **“Online Store”** in the left-hand sidebar.
   * Then, click on **“Customize”** next to your current theme.
2. **Navigate to the Order Status Page**:
   * At the top of the customization screen, click on the **navigation dropdown** (usually labeled “Home page” by default).
   * Select **“Checkout and customer accounts”**.
   * Again, click on the **navigation dropdown** and select **“Order status page”**.
3. **Add the Qtane OrderEdit Extension**:
   * On the right-hand sidebar, scroll down and click on **“Apps”**.
   * You’ll see the **Qtane OrderEdit extension** listed here.
   * Drag and drop the extension to the desired location on the Order Status page where you want it to appear.
4. **Save Your Changes**:
   * Once you’ve placed the extension where you want it, click **“Save”** at the top right corner of the screen.

### **Step 5: You’re All Set!**

Congratulations! 🎉 You’ve successfully installed and set up **Qtane OrderEdit** with your Shopify store. Your customers can now enjoy the flexibility of editing their orders after checkout, while you save time and reduce manual work.
