This feature allows you to customize how customers receive updates and notifications regarding changes to their orders. You can notify customers about order edits, payment reminders, cancellation conf
Email After Order Edit
Notify customers via email whenever there are updates or changes made to their orders. This ensures customers are informed of any modifications to their order.
Navigate to the Notification Settings Section:
In the Qtane OrderEdit App, go to the Notification Settings section.
Enable Email Notifications for Order Edits:
Toggle the "Send Email After Order Edit" option.
Customers will receive an email notification whenever their order is edited.
Save Your Settings:
Save your settings to apply the changes.
Payment Reminders
Send a follow-up email with a payment link if the order remains unpaid after a set period. This helps prompt customers to complete their payment and reduces the number of unpaid orders.
Navigate to the Notification Settings Section:
In the app, go to the Notification Settings section.
Enable Payment Reminders:
Toggle the "Send Payment Reminder After 2 Hours" option.
Customers will receive a follow-up email with a payment link if their order remains unpaid after 2 hours.
Save Your Settings:
Save your settings to apply the changes.
Cancellation Confirmations
Notify customers when their cancellation request is received. This provides transparency and keeps customers informed about the status of their cancellation request.
Navigate to the Notification Settings Section:
In the app, go to the Notification Settings section.
Enable Cancellation Confirmations:
Toggle the "Send Cancellation Request Confirmation Email" option.
Customers will receive an email notification confirming that their cancellation request has been received.
Save Your Settings:
Save your settings to apply the changes.
Reversed Order Edits
Notify customers when changes to their order are reversed. This ensures customers are aware when their order has been restored to its original state or modified accordingly.
Navigate to the Notification Settings Section:
In the app, go to the Notification Settings section.
Enable Reversed Order Edit Notifications:
Toggle the "Send Email When Order Edits Are Reversed" option.
Customers will receive an email notification when changes to their order are reversed.
Save Your Settings:
Save your settings to apply the changes.
